Click for resumeDavid K. Rea, M.P.A., F.A.C.M.P.E, Founder and President - has over 30 years experience in physician practice management and hospital consultation. Mr. Rea has expertise in practice management, physician compensation planning, strategic planning, organizational development, practice valuation, and physician financial services. He has managed large physician practices and operated community based cancer center, plus a physician billing services. This has provided him insights into virtually all aspects of practice management.

David has been active in the a number of professional associations and holds masters degrees in Health Services Management and Education Administration from the University of Memphis.

He is the former President of the Tennessee Medical Group Management Association, and is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives. He currently serves on the Germantown Tennessee Economic Development Commission.

Richard K. Thomas, Ph.D., Vice President - has provided professional services to the health care community for over 30 years. His expertise includes market research, strategic and business planning, feasibility studies, community assessments and evaluation research. He has provided services to hospitals, health systems, clinics, health plans and a range of other health care organizations. He has developed innovative approaches to community assessment and is a nationally recognized expert on health data.

Dr. Thomas has an appointment at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and is a research fellow at the University of Mississippi Center for Population Studies. He holds a doctorate degree in medical sociology from Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Thomas has authored or co-authored over 20 books on health care including Health and Society (2003), Health Services Planning (2003), and The Demography of Health and Healthcare (2012). He has authored dozens of articles on healthcare issues and has provided expert content to numerous professional meetings, seminars and workshops.

Mary H. Kiger, M.A. Public Policy, Senior Associate - is a seasoned and versatile professional with over 25 years of progressive healthcare management experience. Mary has held leadership positions with such renowned providers as The Ochsner Medical Institutions, Duke Medical Center and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Mary�s diverse expertise includes: market research, program development, strategic planning, marketing and brand strategy, outreach and affiliation management and physician recruitment. Mary received her Masters in Public Policy from Duke University.

Lea Sharp, Senior Associate - has over 15 years' broad hands-on experience in digital marketing, communications, publishing, product development and consumer engagement within the health care market. She successfully has partnered with Fortune 50 companies to start-ups to build strategic plans based on market and consumer insights and has the ability to convert strategic plans into successful marketing campaigns to acquire new customers and retain/cross-sell to current customers.

Web sites under her management have received numerous awards for consumer engagement, education and content. She has a proven record for decreasing cost per lead while increasing engagement and conversion rates. Leas knowledge of health care has enabled her to lead the clinical product development for the first online disease management and wellness platform. Ms. Sharp has been published in medical/health care trade journals, in consumer health publications and in academia.
